Journalist of the Krasnoyarsk media NGS24.Ru. On the first day after the announcement of mobilisation, 22 September 2022, Shelkovnikova went to the military recruiting office for Sovetsky and Tsentralny districts to geе comments from the people who came there. Viktor Nechiporenko, the military commander, came out of the building and tried to obstruct work of the journalists. He demanded that Shelkovnikova go with him. According to her, he started grabbing her hands "and dragged her to the closed part of tthe military recruiting office [...] he started hitting my hands in a boorish manner, hit me several times and knocked my phone out of my hands, then he called for help from the staff. The crowding started, I was left surrounded by these men. [...] My cameraman on the street recorded how they tried to drag me back into the building.
After that, Shelkovnikova was found to have bruises, but Nechiporenko filed a complaint against her for violence against him: he claimed that he had received an abrasion on his temple, but did not knock the phone out of Shelkovnikova's hands. His people confirmed this version, but one of the visitors to the commissariat confirmed Shelkovnikova's version.
On 11 June 2024, Shelkovnikova was sentenced to three years of forced labour. The journalist notes that the court ruling stated that she was on the territory as a private person and not on editorial assignment.
