Evgenii Atmazhov

A resident of the Kaliningrad region. He had a prior conviction in a case concerning the sale or production of narcotic drugs. A case was opened against him for financing extremist activity after he transferred 10 dollars to the Anti-Corruption Foundation. On 9 July 2025, Atmazhov was fined 300,000 roubles.
