Evgenii Tolstoi

A Ukrainian serviceman. Criminal proceedings were initiated against him on charges of participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation and undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities, in connection with alleged involvement in the Noman Chelebidzhihan Battalion. In July 2025, the case was referred to court. On 7 October 2025, Evgenii Tolstoi was sentenced to 20 years’ imprisonment in a strict-regime penal colony.
