Evgeniya Kumpan

Resident of the Kaliningrad region, postman. A criminal case was opened against her for calls to engage in the activities against the security of the Russian Federation because of her statements about drone factories. On August 18, 2025, the court sentenced her to three years and two months' imprisonment in a general regime penal colony.
