On 9 November Fedosov was detained because of his anti-war publications on VKontakte. The law enforcement officers met Fedosov at the entrance and immediately took away his phone. On 10 November he came to the department, where he was not interrogated, but the officers told him to buy a SIM card and be in touch. Fedosov found out about the criminal case against him on 22 December during interrogation. On 8 June 2023, Fedosov was sentenced to a fine of 150 thousand rubles.
