Biography
Resident of Segezha, a town in Karelia republic north-west of Russia. Evgeny is a blogger and activist.
In February 2021, he was included in the terrorist and extremist register of Rosfinmonitoring. On 18 June 2021, he was fined under Article 20.3.1 of the Administrative Code because of his posts on social networks.
In July 2021, it also became known that another criminal case was opened against him under Article 354.1 of the Criminal Code.
On 5 August 2021, he was sentenced to a fine of 360 thousand rubles (US$ 4000) and outpatient observation by a psychiatrist because of publications about the explosion in
