Evgeny Spirin

On 21 January 2019, a case on organising activities of an extremist organisation was opened. On 27 January Spirin was detained and taken into custody by court order on 28 January. On 5 July, transferred under house arrest. On 18 December, he was released from house arrest.

On 28 July 2020, he was sentenced to a fine of 700 thousand rubles. The court reduced the amount to 500 thousand taking into account the time served.
