Evgeny Sukharev

On 24 March 2017, Sukharev's flat was searched. He was charged with participation in the activities of an extremist organisation. Sukharev was released on his own recognizance. On 12 February 2018, the charge was filed in final form, on 27 March the case came to court, on 20 April the consideration on the merits began.

On 28 February 2019, the court returned the case to the prosecutor's office.

In December it became known that the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for Krasnoyarsk Krai terminated the criminal case due to lack of corpus delicti.
