In August, he was fined 45 thousand roubles under the same article because of a post in "VKontakte" with a drawing of a soldier and information about the war in Ukraine. On 29 July 2023, the artist was detained at the airport when he was returning from Georgia, where had been residing for some time, and arrested for 15 days under the article on disobedience to law enforcement officers (Part 1, Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) - allegedly he refused to show his passport. On 11 August, the artist was arrested a second time for 15 days under the same article. On 1 September, he was searched in a criminal case of vandalism because of his work "Izrossilovanie" (a word play on combining the words rape and Russia) under the Elektrozavodskiy bridge on the embankment of the Yauza river. He was then summoned for questioning, to which he did not come. On 25 October 2023 it became known that Kozlov was put on a wanted list.
