Gennady Gudkov

Former deputy of the State Duma. He has participated and is still participating in various extra-systemic opposition organisations. On 27 February 2024, he was added to Rosfinmonitoring's List of Extremists and Terrorists, with a note placed next to the names of people prosecuted under "terrorist" articles. On 24 April 2024, Gudkov was arrested in absentia on charges of participation in the activities of a terrorist community and calls for terrorism.
