Iashar Shikhametov

He is a resident of Crimea. On 17 February 2021, he was detained and taken into custody on the same day on charges of participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation in connection with his involvement in the Islamic party Hizb ut-Tahrir. On 9 September 2022, he was sentenced to 11 years in a strict regime colony.
