Igor Artiukh

A resident of the village of Milkovo (Kamchatka Krai). He was prosecuted for calls to terrorism because of his comments in Telegram, in which law enforcement agencies saw calls to kill representatives of state authorities and a public figure.

On 11 December 2025, the court sentenced him to a fine of 500 thousand rubles.
