A resident of Yakutia. According to official data, the court fined him three times under the administrative article on discrediting the Armed Forces for 30,000 rubles. Then a criminal case was brought against him for discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. On 13 August 2022, Ammosov and his girlfriend were detained because of their attempt to hang this banner on a building in the centre of Yakutsk. At that time Ammosov said that after the detention he and his girlfriend were interrogated, their phones were taken away and they were threatened with criminal proceedings. Since 17 August, he was kept in a temporary detention centre after the decision to arrest him for 15 days. On 3 September Ammosov was arrested again, presumably under the article on evasion from paying a fine (Article 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offences). On 10 September, at the end of the previous arrest, the activist was again sentenced to 15 days, under what article - it is unknown. On 14 December it became known that Ammosov had disappeared. At the same time, his friend claims that Ammosov did not plan to flee and "really wanted to go to the trial". Later, Ammosov's relatives published his letter dated 22 November, in which the activist says that if the letter is made public, it will mean that he is missing or killed. In January 2023, Ammosov said he was in Kazakhstan. He was put on a wanted list. Later it became known that a case of public justification of terrorism was brought against him. In October 2023, Ammosov was taken into custody in Kazakhstan and his extradition to Russia is under consideration. The initial term of extradition arrest was 40 days, in November it was extended to a year. In November 2024, it became known that Ammosov was released from Kazakh custody and left for Germany.
