Igor Kochetkov

A resident of Ryazan, deputy chairman of the local branch of the All-Russian Society for the Protection of Monuments of History and Culture. On October 7, 2025, his residence was searched due to a defamation case over his publications about violations in the work of the company "Specialised Developer "Green Garden — Rowan Clusters". The next day, another defamation case was brought against him, following his statement about ecocide in a lawsuit to invalidate the issuance of a building permit for the construction of houses.
