Resident of Tula. On 1 August 2025, the law enforcement-affiliated Telegram channel "Tula. ExtremiZm" reported on the detention of a man accused of inciting hatred because of a statement about Russians made on the territory of a dacha plot of the gardeners' non-commercial partnership "Sputnik".
In addition, in early June 2025, Nikiforov was sentenced to a fine of 100 thousand rubles due to calls for extremism. According to the law enforcement officers' version, this time in the same gardeners' non-commercial partnership, Nikiforov called for violence against Russians.
