Resident of Moscow. Together with his mother, he has been publishing information about the war against Ukraine, including news and ways to help Ukraine, on his website, social networks and Telegram channel. At the request of the Prosecutor General's Office VKbtwice restricted access to Orzhevskys' groups, and in February the personal pages belonging to both of them were definitely blocked. The reports were based on finding photos of activists bearing anti-war posters. In March 2024, Orzhevsky was fined 50,000 rubles under an administrative article on discrediting the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences). He shared that his

In March 2024, Orzhevsky was fined 50,000 rubles under an administrative article on discrediting the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences). He shared that his mother and himself had been receiving threats. On 16 May Orzhevskys were fined a total of 100.000 rubles under four instances of discrediting the army and display of prohibited symbols (part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the CAO). On 19 May it became known that Orzhevsky was prosecuted for spreading military "fakes" motivated by hatred or hostility and public justification of terrorism. He was put on a wanted list. In July, unknown individuals sent a document to Orzhevsky, from which it followed that a case of spreading "fakes", incitement to hatred and rehabilitation of Nazism had been opened against him. Later it became known that the case also included the article on public justification of terrorism.
In November 2024,the Telegram channel of Gulagu.net project published a letter by Orzhevsky's mother stating that they had arrived in the United States to seek political asylum, but were detained, after which the son was taken to an immigration prison.
