Resident of Volgograd. Has been convicted of theft and drug trafficking. According to unconfirmed reports, participated in a rally in support of Alexei Navalny in Moscow in 2021. At the first session Paskar told about torture after detention. In February 2023, it was reported that Paskar had not been given letters to the pre-trial detention centre since the New Year. In March, it became known that the letters had started to be handed over again. On 31 May Paskar was sentenced to eight and a half years in a strict regime colony.
