Igor Polushin

Born in the Stavropol Territory. Worked in Sochi at McDonald's. In December 2022, he joined the army. He was sent to Crimea, where he was hospitalised. While he was there, according to him, he was contracted without his knowledge. In the winter of 2023, according to Polushin's account, he was beaten, accused of selling a broken military vehicle for parts. He was repeatedly beaten and threatened to be sent to the Avdiivka direction to fight. After that he fled from the unit and went to the Krasnodar region. On 24 June 2025, he was detained in Sochi and informed that a case of unauthorised abandonment of the unit had been opened against him. He told the correspondent of "Vot Tak" that he did not want to go to war and kill people.
