The press service of the Investigative Committee distributed a video in which the man admits his guilt during interrogation and apologizes to the servicemen. On March 15, 2023, Rylov was sentenced to a year and two months of suspended sentence. In November 2022, he was fined 10,000 rubles in a criminal case initiated because of petty thefts.
