Ilya (Ille) Ivanov

On 21 August 2011, a criminal case was opened over the publication in the newspaper "Bribery" of an article previously deemed extremist; on 4 April 2013, Ivanov was charged under part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code, and was demanded recognizance not to leave as a preventive measure; on 24 May 2013, the trial began; he was sentenced to 300 hours of compulsory labor, but was released from punishment due to the expiry of the statute of limitations.
