Biography
A resident of the Samara region. Detained on March 26, 2024 on suspicion of involvement in the preparation of a terrorist attack at the Sheremetyevo airport. The next day he was sent to custody on charges of preparing a terrorist attack and two episodes of attempted manufacture of explosives. SOTA journalists published photos of him in court with obvious signs of beating. Kovylkov is charged together with Mikhail Dariy, a resident of the Moscow region, whom the investigators apparently believe to be the organizer of the failed terrorist attack.
