Ilya Lugovoi

Resident of Ufa. Detained on 3 September 2021, subsequently taken into custody on charges of participating in the activities of a terrorist organisation, undergoing training for terrorist activities, and preparing to commit a terrorist act.

On 16th April 2024, Lugovoi was sentenced to 16 years in a high-security penal colony.
