Inga Shutikova

Inga Shutikova is a resident of Khanty-Mansiysk. A case was brought against her for repeated public demonstration of prohibited symbols. In August 2024, she was fined one thousand rubles under the administrative article on the demonstration of prohibited symbols (Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) for publishing a video "Confessions of a Thief-in-Law Sasha Severnyi" with AUE (a criminal organisation) symbols while she was at an orphanage. In addition, in September 2024, she was fined under the administrative article on demonstration of prohibited materials (Article 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offences) because of a certain audio recording. A criminal case was also initiated due to the publication of a certain audio recording. On 23 October 2025, Shutikova was sentenced to one year of corrective labour.
