A lawyer from Kazan. In March 2025, a case was initiated against her for disclosure of personal data of two people and obstruction of justice.

According to the law enforcers, Barleva, who had secured the acquittal of her client Ibragim Zakiev on murder charges in a jury trial, provided journalist Iskander Sirazhi with case materials, including data on the health of one of the prosecution witnesses and the past service in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of another witness, and he mentioned them in his YouTube video - thus she disseminated information about their private lives. The law enforcers saw obstruction of justice in the fact that in the course of the same trial the defence lawyer reported negative information about the two witnesses and the work of the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Investigative Committee.

Barleva and representatives of the defence lawyers' community link the prosecution to her professional activities, namely to the fact that she obtained an acquittal for Zakiev. Her defence counsel noted that the case was handled by the same investigative team that handled the Zakiev case.

"I was being charged with actions that were entirely lawful, but the investigator dressed it all up with 'criminal intent' .... All the information that I am accused of disclosing was previously disclosed in open court hearings in the presence of the press and other persons," Barleva said.

In October 2025, the court began to consider her case on the merits.
