Inna Karakulova

Irina Karakulova, a resident of Izhevsk, was detained in late February 2024 on charges of desecrating a gravestone following a picnic at the Eternal Flame in Kaliningrad. She was subsequently placed under house arrest. On 27 April 2024, she was sentenced to six months in a penal settlement with a suspended sentence until her child reaches the age of 14.
