Resident of Kazan. Detained in March 2017 after a search and arrested on 15 March on charges of participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation in connection with involvement in the Islamist party Hizb ut-Tahrir. On 13 March 2019, sentenced to 14 years in a strict regime penal colony.
