A resident of Komsomolsk-on-Amur. On 25 May 2023, her home was searched as part of a case of involvement in the activities of an extremist organisation due to her involvement in the Jehovah's Witnesses community. The law enforcers told her son Vasily, who is on the same case with her, to lie down on the floor, after which she felt sick. The law enforcers allowed Bondarev to sit on the sofa.
On 1 October 2025, the court sentenced her to a two-year suspended sentence.
