Irina Ryzhkova

She is a resident of the Luhansk region of Ukraine. In September 2023, she and her husband Alexander were detained on charges of espionage. According to the investigation, Ryzhkova, on the instructions of her son, reported the admission of wounded Russian servicemen to the hospital. The investigation believes that the family was involved in the AFU strike using MLRS HIMARS on a hospital in Novoaidar in late January 2023. 14 people were killed in the strike. In the summer of 2025, Ryzhkova was sentenced to 16 years in a general regime colony.
