Islam Mammaev

Resident of Kaspiysk (Dagestan). In May 2024, it became known that a case was brought against him for desecration of symbols of military glory due to the cutting off red flags displayed on Victory Day. In August 2024, the court returned the case to the prosecutor's office due to irregularities in the indictment. In April 2025, the case went back to court. On 13 May 2025, Mammaev was sentenced to six months of correctional labour.
