Biography
A resident of Kaliningrad and a lawyer. In February 2024, a criminal case was initiated against him on charges of confidential cooperation with foreign nationals: according to the investigation, he transmitted various information to an officer of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU). He was taken into custody. On April 29, 2025, Kveselievich was sentenced to 2 years 6 months’ imprisonment in a general-regime penal colony. He received a sentence below the statutory minimum under the relevant article, taking into account mitigating circumstances, in particular his “cooperation with Russian law enforcement agencies and the provision of important and significant information
