Biography
On October 15, 2019, he was detained at a bus stop. Lyubshin's father claims that his son was beaten, taken to a forest clearing, where a stun gun was used on him, after which he was taken to the Investigative Committee. His lawyer called an ambulance, the doctors reported that there were haematomas on Lyubshin's body. On October 17, the court decided to place Lyubshin under house arrest on charges of justifying terrorism. On December 25, he was released on his own recognizance.
On March 5, 2020, he was sentenced to five years and two months in a general regime colony.

In September 2023, after another placement in the SHIZO, Lyubshin was transferred to a cell-type facility (CCF).
In March 2025 Lyubshin was released.
In November 2017, Lyubshin was sentenced to a fine of 400,000 rubles under articles on incitement to hatred and rehabilitation of Nazism. Lyubshin was also accused of distributing pornography, but on this article the court acquitted him. In March 2019, in connection with the partial decriminalization of Article 282 of the Criminal Code, Lyubshin was exempted from paying 200 thousand rubles.
