Ivan Melnikovich

A Ukrainian serviceman. No later than August 2023, he was sentenced to 18 years in a strict regime colony on charges of shelling civilians in Mariupol. In addition, a case was opened against him for participation in the activities of a terrorist organization due to his involvement in the activities of the Azov Brigade.
