Ivan Sorokin

On 19 August 2020, Sorokin's home was searched, he was detained and taken for questioning, after which he was placed in a temporary detention facility. The next day he was released on a pledge not to leave the area as part of his case relating to organizing activites for an extremist organization. On 7 August 2023, the court acquitted Sorokin. On 21 November, the appellate court overturned the verdict and sent the case for a new review.
