Jamal Rustamov

Citizen of Azerbaijan. According to the investigation, an illegal migrant. He was prosecuted for desecration of the symbol of military glory because he urinated on the Eternal Flame in the centre of Tula. On 5 August 2025, Rustamov was sentenced to a year in a penal colony.
