Resident of Tynda (Amur Region). Supposedly acted as an FSB informant in the case of the local community of Jehovah's Witnesses. In 2021, the city administration's website published a news item describing him as a "newly-appeared 'correspondent'" who "goes around cultural and educational institutions" and "insults employees." It also says that Nurakov was fined under the administrative article on insult because of a conflict with a female employee of the local House of Culture. In addition, he was twice prosecuted under an administrative article on discrediting the Armed Forces, as well as drawing up protocols on violating the rules of

In addition, he was twice prosecuted under an administrative article on discrediting the Armed Forces, as well as drawing up protocols on violating the rules of election campaigning and on evading a fine. A criminal case was initiated against him for discrediting the Armed Forces. On 4 July 2024, Nurakov was sentenced to one and a half years in a colony-settlement.
