Biography
A resident of the village of Volzhsky (Samara region). A case on rehabilitation of Nazism was brought against him and Alexander Vragov because they urinated on a monument to "participants of the SVO" in the form of a tank. Local media, citing the press service of the Investigative Committee, reported that Abdykanov has Ukrainian natives among his relatives. In the published apology video he says that he was in a state of alcoholic intoxication and did not pursue the goal of insulting the Russian military. He admitted guilt.
