Biography
On 5 March 2015, Kirill Barabash, an activist of the Initiative Group for Conducting a Referendum “For Responsible Power”, was charged with three cases of incitement to hatred and humiliation of law enforcement officers due to his speeches at rallies; on 20 October he was sentenced to a 300,000 rubles fine, but was exempt due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
On 17 December 2015, Barabash was detained as a suspect in the People's Will Army case; on 18 December, the court detained him in the absence of a lawyer with whom Barabash had an agreement. On 10 August
