Biography
Resident of Ufa. On 13 May 2025, a court sentenced him to 16 years in prison on the case of establishing an extremist community, incitement to hatred or enmity with the use of violence and by an organised group, public calls to terrorism and five arson attacks organised by a group of persons.
According to the prosecution's version, "being dissatisfied with the political system and state power" in Russia, Bobrov created "an extremist community <...> to incite hatred or enmity and humiliation of dignity" of businessmen, state officials, and members of the United Russia party. He also allegedly published online videos

According to the prosecution's version, "being dissatisfied with the political system and state power" in Russia, Bobrov created "an extremist community <...> to incite hatred or enmity and humiliation of dignity" of businessmen, state officials, and members of the United Russia party. He also allegedly published online videos of arson attacks on government buildings and posted comments criticising Russian authorities. The court found that he did so "with the aim of destabilising the activities of state authorities" and "with the aim of violently changing the foundations of the constitutional order and violating the integrity of the Russian Federation".
