Kirill Brick

Resident of Tyumen. Together with Deniz Aydin detained at the end of August 2022 with some kind of explosive substance. Claimed that they planned to test it out of curiosity. Later he said that he had been tortured, as a result of which he had incriminated himself and other persons involved in the case. According to the version of the investigation, was part of a group of six people who planned terrorist attacks on the railway. Friends of young people consider the case to be part of a large-scale pressure on anti-fascists. Brick was transferred to another detention centre, separate from the other five defendants. The support group did not rule out that this was done to exert pressure. Later, Brik refused the services of a lawyer hired for him by the support group; activists assumed that he was being induced to sign a pre-trial agreement with the investigation. It later became clear that Brick was not in the pre-trial detention centre where he had previously been held, but then there was information that he was. On 24 May 2023, it was reported that Brick had fully pleaded guilty. On 28 September, it was reported that Brick had entered into an agreement with the investigation. On 16 May 2024, Brick was sentenced to eight years in a strict regime colony.
