Kirill Dolzhikov

Resident of Orel. On 3 October 2024, he was searched as part of a case on financing extremist activities because he had transferred money to the Anti Corruption Foundation (FBK). The next day the court sent Dolzhikov into custody. On 19 October, the court of appeal instance changed the measure of restraint to house arrest. Dolzhikov said that when he arrived at the investigator's office, she mistakenly gave him a recognisance not to leave. On 22 October Dolzhikov was put on a wanted list.
