A resident of Surgut (a city located on the Ob River), an electromechanic. On 20 July 2023, he was charged with participation in the activities of an extremist organisation due to his involvement in the activities of the Jehovah's Witnesses community. Representatives of this community are prosecuted under extremist articles solely on the basis of their religious activities - holding meetings and worship services and attracting new supporters.
