Resident of Chuvashia. On 4 October 2018 he was detained after a search, until 8 October he was in a temporary detention centre on charges of rehabilitation of Nazism. The court decided to release him from custody, but impose restrictions on certain actions: Ishutov was forbidden to leave the house from 10 pm to 6 am, to communicate with all participants in the criminal proceedings in his case, except for the lawyer and the investigator, as well as to use the Internet and mail. On 13 March 2019, it became known that Ishutov was also prosecuted for distribution of child pornography (we have no grounds to consider this charge politically motivated). The court refused to place him in custody.
On 5 April, another case of rehabilitation of Nazism was brought against Ishutov - for his 2010 post about the places of mass burial of German prisoners not recognised by the Chuvash authorities.
On 24 December 2019, Ishutov was sentenced to three and a half years in a general regime colony. He was released in September 2022.
