Konstantin Larin

A Tomsk resident. He criticised the mayor's office for poor road repairs and improvement of the cemetery for those killed in the World War Two. He was prosecuted for calling for extremism and terrorism, exact details are unknown. On the 12th of April, 2024 Larin was sentenced, details of that are also unknown.
