Konstantin Mikheev

A resident of Severodvinsk. A case was brought against him for financing extremist activities - allegedly in connection with money transfers to the Anti-Corruption Foundation. In April of 2025, the case went to court. On 25th of September, 2025, the Severodvinsk man was sentenced to two years of community work.
