On 31 January 2021, he was detained and later the court refused to impose a measure of restriction in the form of a prohibition of certain actions. In February, the case concerning the imposition of a preventive measure was sent for a new trial. On 9 April, he was sentenced to a two-year conditioned prison sentence.
