Konstantin Rogozhkin

Resident of the Kirov region. In September 2022, he left Russia with his family. In August 2025, he reported that a case was opened against him for financing extremist activities in connection with transfers to the Anti-Corruption Foundation. On 21 November 2025, Rogozhkin was sentenced in absentia to three years in a general regime colony.
