On 5 June 2025, another case was opened against her - on incitement to disorganise the colony's activities and battery. According to the investigation, the posts published by Garina in the social networks of the project incited prisoners to 3 attacks on "activists". The posts provided the personal data of the "activists" and asked for reports on cases of violence on their part, but did not call for attacks on them. This case was merged with the main case of the project.
In December 2025, when Garina's arrest on the extremist organisation case was about to expire, she was detained on her way out of the pre-trial detention centre on a new case. She was accused of financing extremist activities because of transfers totalling 993 rubles to another person prosecuted in the project case, Roman Rugevich, who was abroad. According to Garina, she transferred money to him to compensate for the cost of letters to her husband.
