Journalist for Circassian Media, Circassian activist. Left Russia in the early 2010s. In August 2025, GTRK Adygea aired a story about Circassian diaspora figures abroad who were “linked to foreign organizations,” including Tuptsokova, accusing them of spreading “monstrous anti-people narratives.” Circassian Media Tuptsokova was referred to as a project of the “Circassian Cultural Center,” which, in turn, was named a structural subdivision of the Georgian Ministry of Culture. Earlier, the “Circassian Cultural Center” was mentioned as a subdivision of the non-existent “Anti-Russian Separatist Movement,” which is recognized as an extremist organization.
