Lenard Valeev

A theatre director and activist. Previously, he has participated in protests organised by the Navalny headquarters and has been brought to administrative liability under the article on violation of the established procedure of holding public events. In particular, Valeev was arrested for three days under the article on organising an uncoordinated event (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences) because of his call to join an anti-war rally on 2 April 2022. On 18 December 2023, Valeev was sentenced to a fine of 360,000 rubles. In 2023, a case of public justification of terrorism was brought against Valeev because of his several posts.
