Biography
A deputy and former deputy head of the Yelizovo urban settlement (Kamchatka Krai). On 31 January 2025, he was detained on charges of exceeding authority and embezzlement. According to the investigation, he awarded bonuses to himself and to the mayor of Yelizovo, Artem Gagloshvili. At that time, Gagloshvili was under house arrest in connection with a fight at a recreation center; in December 2024, he received a suspended sentence and left his post.
